Confidentiality Breached?
Organization has a website that states they provide confidential assistance. Company A emails the organization and asks ''On your website there is a list service vendors. We are interested in Vendor B but there is no contact information. Can you please email us back the contact information for this vendor''. Organization emails back the information. Company A discovers three years later their email to Organization is posted on Organization website. Company A does not want competitors to see this email. Competitors may very well have already seen the email. Does Company A have any rights?

Re: Confidentiality Breached?
The answer to your question is determined by the then policy of the organization who shared the information of Company A. The organization's website privacy policy at the time you shared your information will determine the full extent of your rights.
Re: Confidentiality Breached?
It depends. I partially agree with the previous posting however I would also have to ask you, "what harm have you suffered". Can you clearly identify any harms? Sure, there may always be a remedy but we need to ascertain what harms you have or may suffer due to this exposure.
