credit card refund

I overpaid a credit card that I closed and was told it would take 15 days to get the refund. Its now been over 30 and I keep getting the run around. What can I do legally to get them to issue me the refund?

I suggest calling Customer Service and speaking with a supervisor. They usually wait 30 days, just to be sure that no delayed charges hit the account before issuing the refund.

I agree with the other attorney. They are usually pretty good with sending a check to you for this.
