DBA Question

I want to start an ecommerce only business and am in New Jersey - Middlesex County. Need legal advise regarding a DBA. Would a ''DBA'' be okay in use for an artist if the ''DBA'' was named ''XXXX Studios''? Or, does it have to have the person's first or last name?
