Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
I took a deposit of $300 for a product i could not deliver how long do i have to return the money?
1 Answer from Attorneys
To be fair to the customer, I think you should hand back the money with an explanation and apology as soon as you know that you can not deliver the product.
If you have a problem (someone sued you or some other problems) then please call me and I will see what I can do for you.
