Disolve an LLC
How do I disolve an LLC that was just started over this past summer. It was something we thought about doing and then it just never went anywhere. I have made no profits, had any employees, spent any money etc.

File a certificate of cancellation by going to http://www.state.nj.us/treasury/revenue/dcr/pdforms/l109_42.pdf.
