Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

I am employed with a company in NJ. I was made an authorized signed on the company bank. I withdrew $25,000 from this account and used it to purchase a trailer in which I needed a place to live. Am I legally responsible for repayment of this money?

Please call me at 201 820 3460; you will probably need to come to my office and speak with me. This is serious, serious problems. Please do not discuss this with anyone at the company. Please do not discuss this with your friends or family. Speak to a lawyer first, right now.

You need to speak with an attorney right away. Based on what you wrote, it appears that you used company money for you own benefit, which is a criminal activity. Your attorney can advise you and talk with the authorities on your behalf. As Mr. Davies said, you should not talk with anyone until you have spoken with an attorney, in order to protect your rights.
