Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
Federal Trade
I want to sell a particular product to my customers and I can buy it less expensively from a retail source than any wholesale sources I have found. Can I buy it at retail, re-label it and re-sell it under my label at a higher price?

Re: Federal Trade
If the product is not regulated, such as alcoholic beverages, you can do it. the question is why is it so expensive at wholesale? If you bought a larger quantitywould you get significant price savings?
I hope this helps!
