Is there a minimum font size which must be used on my business proposals for the terms and conditions?

While I am unaware of any specific law, some Courts have held that the warranty language, disclaimers and such, cannot be smaller than 10 point, if the regular print uses 12 point type. I suggest no different than these, and depending what you want to say about warranties and disclaimers, they be in the same size, or highlighted (bold) if you are going to use smaller type. That way no one can complain you were trying to hide anything.
