If i plead guilty to a crime based on my business invoices which the federal government seize during a raid, and my lawyer never recieved the invoices also the prosecutor stated in court that there were no invoices, is this perjury? and can it be thrown out of court?

Re: food stamp fraud
you need a good criminal defense attorney. a really good one.
I have two friends who are top-notch, excellent. contact me, and i will put you in touch with them.
and i suggest that you not talk to ANYONE about this until you talk to an attorney.
