force to open 401K
If a company is paying bonus money and a certain percent will go into a 401k account, can they open a 401k account for you but you have not authorized them to do so?

I do not think you will get a lot of replies from attorneys here. This is a very odd question. Your company wants to put money aside for you. You do not want them to do that?
