Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
A friend and I are college students are looking at trying to open a small online subscription company. And we're looking at doing it legally so we do run problem later down the line. But, don't know where to start, and we live in two different states (NJ and FL). If and when we need to filing with the IRS for income, and if we need to file in our respective states. Mainly how to go about do it so have problem down the line, if we get really successful
