Good Standing
I need to find out for how long corporate Certificates of Good Standing are valid in New Jersey and how to order such certificates.

Inherently, they can only be good through the end of the calendar/fiscal year of the corporation, as when a new year starts the corporation could no longer be in good standing as it might fail to file the required tax returns, corporate reports, etc. As to ordering, you can go to this web site and then follow the instructions. A certificate can be obtained online by use of a credit card. The site is http://www.state.nj.us/Business.shtml
