We are opening an Event Space business and I have a question about alcohol:
If a customer (who is having his/her party at our space) brings alcohol, pours it himself/herself to the guests, and an accident happens to anyone who was consuming it in our space, are we liable?

You are liable for your own acts of negligence, not for someone else's. You are also going to carry a comprehensive business liability policy as well right? So make sure you know what this covers for as well.
