An Incorporated Entity

Can an entity be incorporated and established and list trustees or officials that do not have knowledge of the document or signatory to the incorporation document?

Anyone's name can be included in formation papers, as the State does not check legitimacy, authenticity and/or authorization to be included. This could create a probelm and if this was done illegally or improperly, both the State and entity should be notified to correct this. No, the trustees and officials must agreed to this. However, there can be lots of problems if someone puts you down on the documents as being a trustee or official even if you have not agreed to do that job.
