Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

Hi,

I am from an Indian IT firm working in US since June 2012. I was in Australia for a project from Jan 2011 to Jan 2012. I will be relocating to Australia based on my PR. The client that I was working with in Australia is ready to hire me . But I have an agreement with my employer that I cannot work for any of its client for two years. As I have signed this agreement in US, is this agreement valid in Australia???? Do I have any international legal obligations??

It's impossible to answer definitively without reviewing the employment agreement. The review should be relatively quick and not expensive at all. Feel free to contact my office at your earliest convenience.
