Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
A New Jersey LLC company added me as a member without my specific approval. What steps do I take to legally remove my self and should I do a public notice.

You need to immediately send a cease and desist letter to the LLC and to its managing member(s). Call my office as soon as possible to address this matter.
