Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
I live in NJ. I want to start a business but i have personal liens & judgements against me. If i file the business LLC or Corp. will they go after my business bank account?

no, not if you do it right. but that is not the end of the problem. you need to deal with the liens and judgments. a lawyer can really help.
