Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

I own a LLC company in NJ. Someone from Japan wants to open up the exact same business as mine and name it the exactly as my company. Is there any legalities to this?

I can refer you to a business law attorney in NJ, but I doubt the customer base of the two companies will ever clash, so I don't think you have anything to really worry about; at least as far as your customers being stolen.
