How do I get my money back

I paid for furniture and it still hasn't arrived he won't refund my money and has been telling me its gonna be delivered today for the last 5 days. what can i do?

You have many options, however, your best bet would be to get an attorney. Of course, this depends on how much the furniture costs. You could file a civil suit, complain to the BBB, etc.
