Your question does not have enough information in it for any attorney to answer your questions.

A judgment lien means a lawsuit was filed; you should have fought the lawsuit. If there is a judgment, then you might, maybe, possibly be able to have the judgment vacated if you can show a good reason why you never fought the lawsuit. No notice ever sent is a good reason. However, there are time limits.

The judgment lien will stay until it is either paid and marked satisfied, or a Court enters an order vacating it.

Again, another question without enough information to tell you a damn thing. WHEN did you become aware of the lien? HOW did you become aware? Is it against property owned by the party named? If the company is defunct, who cares? - and about a dozen more questions, because your question has NO specifics. My time is valuable, and I end up writing 5-10 times that the folks asking the questions type. Come on people - GIVE ENOUGH FACTS OR WE JUST WON'T BOTHER RESPONDING TO YOUR NON-QUESTIONS !!!
