Does a non compete agreement have to be notorized to be admissible in court

No, unless the agreement itself indicates that a notarization is required in order for it to be effective.

The plain answer is "no" it does not have to be notarized to be admissible.

No. Contracts do not have to be notarized to be enforceable and/or admissible in court.
