Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
Can a non profit organization share its members data (Address, Ph,no: email) with other nonprofit org legally? Are there any liabilities or potential lawsuits threat from its members. Thanks

There could be privacy issues so I would be cautious. I happen to be involved with several non-profits and they all have a privacy policy in place. This allows members and/or anyone else involved with the organization to opt out of any sharing of information. Contact me directly if you need further information.
