Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
My partner in a retail store which is a llc has paid personal bills and pays for his other llc bussiness bills with our bussiness checking account. Is this embezzelment? What are my legal rights here?

In NJ criminal law, that behavior is one of the theft offenses depending on the details. The civil equivalent is wrongful conversion. You have a number of remedies the utiltiy of which depends on what outcome you want.
