Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

Can my partners dump me

I worked at a mortgage co. with three other people. We decided to leave and start a net branch together. A net branch is we get out own solicitors license but use another company's banking license. We decided on a company that would accept us as we did not have many options. I sent the company my applicaion which told them that i was currently on probation. After initially saying it wouldn't be a problem they declined my application but accepted the application of my partners. I have invested financially in the partnership, my name is attached to a loan along with the other three partners and I have contributed to what we believe will be significant marketing efforts.

Does the fact that the other company declined me cause me to lose my partnership interest? Our agreement was verbal as we did not yet have the resources to higher a lawyer.

You absolutely need to meet with an attorney. Your situation is too complex for anything else. You need a lawyer's assistance.
