Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
partnership
My partner and I started a mail order business and also sold these items at conventions. My partner and a friend of his started selling an item they invented thru our company. Unknown to me they kept the money made from this item seperate from our company. they then took this item to a national manufacturer and distributor leaving me behind. is there anything i can do? Our business agreements are all verbal.

Re: partnership
You should contact an attorney. Your issue is complicated by the fact that there is nothing in writing but that doesn't mean you are out of luck.
