THIS DEPENDS UPON WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE BY THE ENTITY HOLDING THE FUNDS, BUT SHOULDN'T BE MORE THAN A FEW WEEKS. ALLOW MORE TIME DUE TO THE CURRENT HOLIDAYS.
