Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
public contract law
I have been involved with a municipaly for a two year contract. I have just reewed the records and found that they have be substantially underbilled and neither our company nor the municipa entity has realized this. How do we go about asking for the balance of our money. The contract is still in effect for another month. Are we entitled to our money?

Re: public contract law
This is going to depend on your contract. Get a lawyer to look at it. Is there any reason why you can not submit bills even a year or two after providing the service? There might be.
