Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
I recently quit a job that I worked at for 5 months. I worked there when I was 17 for more than eight hours at a time, and past 11 pm. My mother had not known what time I was working. When I was still working there, one of my checks bounced, and therefore I quit. Now, he is withholding a few checks from me as well as some other employees. What legal action(s) can I take against him?

You can report him to the labor department. Plus check that bounced is a criminal offense so you can file criminal complaint on that.
