Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

Recourse for filing a false business amendment

A business was incorporated with a 90% and 10% split between two people in 2002. An amendment was filed 9 months later to a 100% ownership by one of the partners with a false notarization. During a lawsuit 3 years later, this information of ownership surface. What is my course of action. Is there a fraud department with the treasury or how do I fight the admentment.
