Is it legal for another company to call your employees at your place of business to try and recruit them for their business.

IT IS NOT ILLEGAL, ALTHOUGH YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO MAKE A CLAIM ASSERTING INTENTIONAL INTERFERENCE WITH BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS. I SUGGEST HAVING ALL EMPLOYEES SIGN NON-COMPETE, NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS WHICH WOULD PROTECT YOU IF ANY OF THEM LEFT TO TAKE A NEW JOB WITHIN A REASONABLE DISTANCE FROM YOUR LOCATION OR FOR A COMPETING COMPANY. WRITE ME IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE.
