Re: refunds
You haven't provided enough information for me to respond to your question. Additional needed information includes:
1. Was there a sales agreement?
2. Was this sold in person or by mail or phone order?
3. Was a Purchase Order issued by the Customer? If so, did it contain terms and conditions on the form?
4. Are the problems caused by mechanical/hardware, software or user issues?
5. Have you dealt with this customer before?
6. Do you have a warranty policy? Did you inform the customer what it was?
Warranties are normally specified by a Seller in his sales contract/receipt or other written materials. In the absence of a clearly stated policy, the Uniform Commercial Code provisions will impose a number of "standard" warranties.
If you can provide additional information, I will try to assist you.
