Do I have to Register in NJ?

If I use the services of a mail and phone forwarding company in New Jersey (customers will see a New Jersey mail to address and area code) but my business is located in New York do I have to register or anything with New Jersey?

If you are using NJ as your primary business address, you should be registered to do business in NJ even if the State of formation is elsewhere.
