Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
I represent a NJ based swim club. It is a non-profit 501 (C) (7) and we need to change our name inexpensively. Someone suggested "doing business as" would work, How do I go about doing that?

Give me a call, I will assist you for free. In my home town, I did the bylaws rewrite for the town soccer league, set up a charitable foundation to benefit the boy's wrestling team in town, and set up a charitable foundation to benefit a very very sick little girl, all for free.
What you need to do is easy. Just give a call, and we can do this.
