Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
I have been a salory manager for 2 years making 29000 a year I will not mention the company I work for but it is a fast food chain... I was sat Down today by the area manager I was told as of Monday my pay will be cut to ten dollars an hour and I will no longer be salory is this legal... There was no mention of salory cut before this meeting and it is for lateness.
