Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
Service agreement contract when services are rendered and other party wishes to go another route then complete your contract? I have a contract with a Oil/Gas company to fund-raise start up cost of $88 million where I brought a broker from NYC willing to help on the back end of success with Hedge and corporate investments. The company I am in contract with wants to go another route and get out of our contract that is worth to me in 40 years of production $240 million dollars?
