Where is it better to set up an LLC, in Delaware of New Jersey?

It depends on where you are doing business and the type of business. For example, if you have a retail business located in New Jersey, it is cheaper to just have a LLC set-up in NJ. If you formed a Delaware LLC, you would have to register it in NJ anyway.
If your business is purely an internet business, Delaware might be better. There is no magic answer. I usually get the facts and decide this with each client on a case-by-case basis.
