small business

I have a business est. since Oct. 2008. The landlord has yet to put the meters in for heat, but is supplmenting me with floor heaters. I have been trying to get the heat on, he is dragging is feet. What can I do to protect myself and break free of the contract?

ANSWER: It all depends on what your contract says. The contract should state specifically what the landlord's obligations are and what your rights are if the landlord doesn't fulfill his obligations.
