smoke condition/fire in bed/breakfast room

i was staying at a bed/breakfast

room came w fireplace

inn published directory in room stated u were entitled to 1 duraflame log a night, directory instructions stated to light log don't touch anything else which i did

the room had a smoke condition/small fire due to vent not opened

is the inn responsible for damage to my clothes belongings room replacement at other hotel for evening

also incurred medical expenses

Next time, check the chimney before you light a fire in the fireplace.

The B&B probably owes you nothing. You, in fact, should be prepared to cover at least their insurance deductible on the damage you caused to their facility by lighting a fire in a fireplace whose chimney you had not checked before lighting the fire.
