Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
In a standard form contract and sales receipt for goods, does the spouse of the buyer have the right to act as agent for the buyer in canceling or changing contract terms, if the seller did not agree to it and it is not covered in the original agreement?

Possiblky, if the spouse has a legal Power of Attorney and it is recorded. Of course I have not seen the contract or read its provisions, so I do not know if this was covered or, if so, what it allows or prohibits.
