Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
If I am going to start working with senior citiznes being their personal assistants (ie, helping around the house, grocery shopping, light meal cooking, etc, but NO MEDICAL), do I need to get insurance and get incorporated (LLC)?

There are quite a few things you will need to plan for, before you start working for these fine older folks. Yes, I recommend that you form an LLC; you will need to have insurance covering a number of things, including liability insurance (what if you knock over someone's valuable glass vase or something?) and probably theft coverage (you will be handling their money? you will be inside their houses?). There are many other things to cover too.
I would like to help you set this up, and I have set up a fair number of businesses.
