Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
I have just started a auction based website,where i will be the only one selling the items and my customers will bid on them,I was wondering is it legal to purchase sporting tickets from a third party ,and can I auction them off."re-sell".

Usually, it is not a problem. Certain States limit increased prices but that is for sales within their own State for their venues.
You should definitely check this out with a good tax and business lawyer.
