Starting up a Restaurant Business
Hello, I'm considering opening up my own restaurant with two other friends. What form of business should I use, and why do you think I should choose that form. And I wanted to know what risks should I prepare myself for when undertaking in operating a restaurant business.

There are many, many considerations here, from working through liability, tax, ownership issues, to environmental and employment matters. You should really have an attorney guide you through everything. Otherwise, you could pay for it in the long run. I could refer you to a good attorney. Just let me know.
