Stipulation of Dismissal

Do I have to sign a Stipulation of Dismissal if I don't agree to the terms drawn up by the defendant's lawyer?

NOT UNLESS THE SETTLEMENT CONFORMS TO A COURT DECISION. IF YOU CANNOT AGREE ON A PRIVATE SETTLEMENT, YOU WILL HAVE TO GO TO COURT AND LET A JUDGE OR MEDIATOR DECIDE.

Go talk to a lawyer. You sound like you really dont want to have your opponent take advantage of you, but you do not have a lawyer to protect you.
