Re: stop a contract

I am also involved in one of the disputes, but in the related criminal aspect of it which some of the shareholders are using to oust my client. I suggest you get an attorney. I would be happy to refer you to the other attorney that is representing my client on the business side of the case. He is a very good attorney and these cases can get very, very ugly.

Oh, boy. Sounds like you are involved in a small business fight. You need to talk to a lawyer and get some guidance.

In SOME circumstances (a few) the minority can run to court or take other action to actually stop a bad contract. But there are other, smarter options, based on what facts are. That requires sitting down with an attorney to figure out. The attorney must be able to advise small businesses, and also must handle court litigation too.

I have dealt with these, and this kind of dispute can get quite ugly.

If you would like, give me a call; I am in Hackensack (northern New Jersey). I will be happy to discuss

this with you; a brief telephone consultation will be free.
