No. They must reinstate their charter before they have standing to sue. Additionally, except in rare cases (small claims), a corporation must use an attorney.

If by "suspended," you mean administratively dissolved for not filing annual reports and paying annual fees, the answer is, no. The applicable tax statute provides that, upon such dissolution, all powers conferred by law upon the corporation shall thereafter be inoperative and void. And, as noted, most times a corporation cannot appear "pro se"--- i.e., represent itself in court
