Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
Talking money from customer and keeping it
My brother in law took money from my customer and kept it. He didn't pay the bills incurred by the job and now I have an $11,000.00 loss. How do I press charges and have him arrested? I want him punished for the loss he had.

Re: Talking money from customer and keeping it
You need an attorney. Call me. That is a crime, and you need a lawyer to punish him. Your brother in law? shame on him. you will also want to sue him for his actions, for whatever that may be worth. A good lawyer will also be able to help you get the prosecutor interested in this.
If you would like, give me a call; I am in northern New Jersey. I will be happy to discuss this with you; the telephone consultation will be free.
