Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
A tenant who took over my business on a sub-lease has refused to pay rent to me or the property landlord. The property owner has locked the doors. This person collected money from clients (it is gym) up until the day the doors were locked. Can I give her email to the clients looking for a refund?

A lot depends on what form your business had and what you mean by "took over." It is possible that you are still on the hook for the contracts and the lease. Give me a call. With answers to a few questions, I can probably tell how much exposure you have.
