Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
When can a Trucking Company attach our surity bond? we have no confimation that freight is picked up and it has not been delivered they are threatining to hold freight hostage and attach our bond. we would be happy to pay even with a cc as long as we have proof freight has delivered or is in the process of being unloaded!
