You should get a lot of attorneys responding, because you would be good clients to have. I would like to be your lawyer!
There are a couple of things you want to do correctly in this. not just legally transferring ownership of the LLC, but also you want to deal with any tax issues, reducing or eliminating taxes on that transfer.
I usually do the legal work, and I usually consult an accountant to make sure the tax aspect is handled correctly. I have a couple of good accountants that I work with. I use the accountant because that results in a lower total cost to the client, I believe, and you get two heads thinking about the transaction instead of just one.
If you would like, give me a call; I am in northern New Jersey. I will be happy to discuss this with you; the telephone consultation will be free.
