Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
Verizon wants to cancel my unlimited international calling plan because they say they no longer offer it. I have been on the plan for 2.5 years now, I have been paying for it and they have been accepting my payments. The Verizon's CSR mentioned something that my contract was for 2 years only (their internet and TV -discounts were to expire after 2 years) and that now being I'm on month-to-month billing he says they can and will cancel it. Are they allowed by law to breach the contract this way? AT&T once in similar situation just grandfathered me in... Thank you.

I am not sure, but part of my contract has been grandfathered, even though they have changed the plan. I suggest demanding grandfathering. Talk with a supervisor if necessary.
